Lately the spring/summer catwalks have been all about patterns! Now patterns can either go really, really right and make an outfit or go really really wrong..
But after being truly inspired by all these patterns, I’d though I’d show you a couple of different ways to incorporate pattern into you outfits.
🌸 FLORAL FUN 🌸
Okay, so we all loveeee florals, but sometimes we can be afraid of going too floral and ending up looking like we’re wearing a pair of curtains. So why not try incorporateing little floral pieces into your wardrobe.
1.🎀 Accessorise 👛
Floral can be a great way of brightening up an outfit during the summertime. Using floral accessories, like hand bags, backpacks, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, scarves or even floral socks you can really make an outfit feel more complete.
So for the more adventurous fashionistas out there, bring in the floral look through your shoes can make a big impact or give an outfit a quirky twist.
Shoes great for floral range from doc Martins to flats and converse to heeld, so no matter what your staple shoe you there’s really no reason not to wear florals.
3.👕Shirts, shorts and skirts ect👚
Floral tee-shirts, shirts, shorts crop-tops and kamonos can be a cute way of making a dark outfit more summer-y. These floral garments paired with simple plain shorts and skirts, can really play down the floral look, playing it a little more on the safe side and not being overly floral but still achieving that super cute look.
Again, for the more adventurous girls out there who want to jump head first into the style with floral dresses and jeans, always remember not to go over board. Less is always more!
